Originally trained as a general nurse Lisa comes to the law with extensive medical and surgical experience. Her broad health knowledge is an enormous asset as a medical negligence lawyer.

Lisa practices exclusively in the field of medical negligence for Plaintiffs. The following highlight recent cases Lisa has been involved in, by reference to clinical area:

Lisa graduated from the University of Tasmania with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) in 2013 and a Diploma of Legal Practice in 2014. She was admitted as a practitioner of the Supreme Court of Tasmania in August 2014. She also holds a Bachelor of Science (Health Studies) (Hons) and a Graduate Certificate in Conflict Management and Resolution. She is currently studying for a Masters in Law (Legal Aspects of Medical Practice).

Originally trained as a general nurse Lisa comes to the law with extensive medical and surgical experience. Whilst working in the field of oncology, Lisa received numerous awards including National Finalist (Cancer Nursing) at the Nursing Times Awards (UK) in 2003 and in 2006 was awarded first prize at the 14th International Conference on Cancer Nursing for her work in relation to younger women with breast cancer. Lisa’s broad health knowledge is an enormous asset as a medical negligence lawyer.

Lisa has worked at Phillips Taglieri since her admission.

Away from the office Lisa enjoys walking, including hills and mountains, and enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.
