Melanie joined Phillips Taglieri 15 years ago as our Finance Manager.  Over time Melanie developed an interest in conveyancing and estate management.

Having been mentored for a number of years by our very experienced legal consultant, Renato Grassi, Melanie now oversees our conveyancing services and estate matters.  She continues to work closely with Renato to provide commercial legal services to our clients as a dedicated paralegal.

If you are selling or buying property, Melanie provides conveyancing services at competitive rates and is committed to keeping her clients well informed throughout the process.

Should you require assistance with a probate matter, Melanie is dedicated to ensuring the process is undertaken with due care and understanding.

From time to time Melanie will become involved in litigation when she assists clients by providing non-litigious legal services.

Melanie is currently studying law part time at the University of Tasmania.  She holds a Diploma of Accounting and previously owned & operated a local retail business.

Outside of work Melanie enjoys camping, hiking and fishing with her partner, son & daughter.  Melanie is also an enthusiastic motorcycle rider.
